Cynthia Mathelot

Cynthia is a Sustainability Lead at the City of Perth, specialising in energy and emissions across the built environment – within the organisation and the wider community.

She leads the planning and implementation of climate action initiatives, working with asset managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in building performance, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic outcomes.

Passionate about data-driven, collaborative, and inclusive approaches, she has contributed to the City's Sustainability Strategy refresh and led the development of an energy and sustainability management system to track, analyse, and improve performance across the City's portfolio and community assets.
